I have been really into making “t-shirt yarn” lately – basically just cutting old shirts into one continuous strand and using it for knitting, crocheting, etc. So anyways there is this special way of cutting the shirts that allows for one long strand instead of strips – and this scarf kind of morphed out of that idea. I found this really awesome heathered oatmeal color shirt of my dad’s in our rag pile – I like the finished product.
